We craft our jewelry from gold tone, silver tone, .925 Sterling Silver and 12 kt. Gold Filled wire. Below you will find details about each type of wire, as well as care and cleaning instructions.

Gold tone wire: Our gold tone wire is solid brass.

Silver tone wire: Our silver tone wire is nickel/silver.

Sterling Silver wire: Our Sterling Silver wire is 92.5% pure silver. The rest is made up of alloys (such as copper or zinc) to provide strength.

Gold-Filled wire: Our Gold Filled wire is made by combining a layer or layers of gold alloy to a base metal (usually brass), then rolling or drawing the metal to the desired thickness and shape. It has a long life and can be worn by most people without reaction or difficulties. Gold-filled items are considered life-time products, and the gold layer will not wear off, as it will in electroplated products.

Care and cleaning of all our wire: All of our products are easily cleaned with a silver or gold jewelry polishing cloth available everywhere.
